Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using my tactic board (the “App” or “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

The App is provided by DevLinkup [Islamabad / Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan].

my tactic board is a coaching tool for football/soccer coaches. It allows you to build tactics, formations, and lineups, design training drills, plan sessions, and share your work with players and staff. The Service is available as a free tier and a Pro subscription.

The App is intended for use by coaches, team staff, and other adults involved in organizing football/soccer coaching activities. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, or have permission from a parent/guardian if required by local law. The App is a coaching planning tool and is not directed at or intended for direct use by children.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Keeping your password secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at support@mytacticboard.com if you suspect unauthorized access

You may use the free tier without creating an account. In that case, your content is stored locally on your device and is not backed up by us.

You own the tactics, drills, sessions, notes, and any player/roster information you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, sync, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We own the platform, codebase, designs, and all associated intellectual property.

By using the App, you confirm that:

• You have the right to enter any player or roster information you add
• You will not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others’ rights
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your content

If you use the App to store player names or roster information, you confirm that you have appropriate authority to do so (e.g., consent from your club, league, or the player’s parent/guardian where the player is a minor). You are responsible for complying with any data protection obligations that apply to you as a coach or club in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the App
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Upload content that harasses, defames, or harms others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Tactical and training suggestions are tools to support your coaching judgment, not a substitute for it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevLinkup is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss of data or coaching content.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time by emailing support@mytacticboard.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email if you have an account, or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
